Please read these terms and conditions before ordering from our website, we aim to present correct information at all times however exceptions and mistakes may have been made.
Ordering terms
We aim to deliver all orders paid for within 24 hours. Where this is not possible we aim to advise customers within 24 hours. We ship all orders under 2kg by first class post. All other order are sent via courier or Royal Mail Parcelforce. We will advise which shipping method will be used prior to delivering your order.
Payment is collected by telephone after your order has been assessed for stock availability and order times. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at any time without explanation. By completing our form we do not enter into any contract with you. We will advise when we contact you of the order completion and fulfillment. Shutter Spares are under no obligation to fulfill any order received through our website or by telephone.

We will never sell, rent or lease your details unless you give your permission for us to do so. Shutter Spares do periodically contact our client base with special offers and news.
